Surfing is the greatest joy in my life. Each year, that joy grows with my progression. Skating helped get me there, and the slams I had on concrete made me brave. Art brings it all together, allowing for a visual representation of the real me.
Growing up in Venice Beach California, the Dog Town culture was imprinted on me by my dad. His family raised him in Venice too, and he was a punk rocker, skater, and surfer. Venice allowed me to be my wildest self, with no judgment. It showed me anything is possible, all I had to do was believe in myself. Big brands ended up scouting me at the Venice Beach Skate park, and that’s how I entered into my modeling career.
Fashion is freedom in expression, just like surfing and skating. My purpose is to show others that through hard work, passion, and commitment, anything is possible, and that there is absolutely no wrong way to be yourself.
