I’m a firm believer in the quote by Maya Angelou, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” I think for me, first impressions are everything. I consider myself a very friendly, bubbly, and empathetic person. I work in healthcare and study medicine as well so these are three important qualities that I consider my best assets. I started modeling when I was 15 and have loved it ever since! I have a passion for photography, modeling, and fashion as much as I do for medicine. I think the coolest thing about both jobs is that you have the opportunity to meet and work with so many people with the most amazing stories.
Aside from modeling I really enjoy surfing and longboarding. I have 2 sisters so I’ve grown up in a household of primarily women. My goal as I further both my career in modeling and medicine is to support and encourage other people and young girls around me. A lot of younger girls often message and look up to me and I often remind them that I’m just a normal girl too! I once struggled and dealt with the same things they did and it’s cool to be able to connect and be there for the upcoming generation of young ladies.
I am also a Christian. I consider this a huge part of my foundation and try to trace everything back to the life that God has blessed me with. I think being a Christian has helped me visualize and see things from different viewpoints that I otherwise wouldn’t have thought of. This entire journey since being saved has only opened doors for me and opened my heart to those around me.
