I'm passionate about saving and preserving our environment, its natural beauty, and all its animal inhabitants. I want to use my art and my platform to advocate for social, racial, and economic justice, to bring about a cruelty-free world; a world where animals are not used or exploited in any way--for food, experimentation, or entertainment. I live my passions by embracing a vegan lifestyle, reducing my waste to landfills, and being a boots-on-the-ground, active activist, showing up to actions and working with my non-profit PAC, Vegan Action Fund.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I started modeling after graduating high school with 5 honors. After, I attended community college and got an Associates Degree in English with Cum Laude honors. I got into UCLA but I decided to not go, and to instead pursue my dream of an acting career. Acting is my greatest passion. I love the freedom that comes with living truthfully in the shoes of another soul.
Activism has always been a part of my life. In high school I founded a Breast Cancer Awareness Club after my aunt was diagnosed. After community college, I served as a delegate to a presidential candidate, went to Standing Rock, and became a delegate to a state political party. After going vegan, I authored the first resolution about veganism to pass through both a major county and state political party in the country. I also authored and passed language about veganism into a political party platform--the first major political party in the country to implement this kind of language into its platform.
Something I learned from my journey thus far is that, it is okay to recognize wrongs and change. It is how we grow and create a better self and a better world.
